Exchanges:
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for different styles. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original product and place a new order for the desired style.
Size Change Returns:
For customers who need to return an item for a size change, the customer is required to pay the return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the product price. Please note that due to design considerations, some products may not be eligible for size changes. Please consult our customer service department before making a purchase.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment. This cost will vary depending on the shipping location and the chosen shipping method. Our customer service team will provide the relevant shipping fee details and payment options for the customer to choose from.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.
